SHIPPING POLICY

After the goods are dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, detailing delivery service and tracking number.

* For orders under R1000 - orders may be sent via post
* For orders above R1000 - orders are sent door to door

RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure that you check the contents of your delivery as soon as it arrives. Your Waybill is a legal document confirming receipt of the goods in good order. Once the goods are signed for, if there are queries, any transport costs will be for the customers account.

If you purchased goods that are delivered by courier, please inspect the goods for shipping damage while the delivery people are still there. If the goods are damaged or a factory fault, please let them know immediately. Do not accept the delivery. They will then return the damaged table to our warehouse. ALL DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE TO EVALUATE THE DAMAGE BEFORE REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES ARE SENT. 

After you have signed for your order and any damages during the shipping process or factory faults are evident, please call 0861-1-POKER immediately and let us know within 24 hours of you receiving your order. ALL DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE TO EVALUATE THE DAMAGE BEFORE REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES ARE SENT. There will be no refunds, but will honour exchanges for damaged goods.The return transport costs will be for the customers account if the goods were initially signed for.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for an exchange for any of our other products as long as you notify us within 24 hours from receipt of order. The item must also be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging. Any item that has been used or is not re-saleable or is not in its original packaging unfortuantely, cannot be exchanged. All transport costs will be for the customers account.
